  • Houseboats have limited facilities and resources. Please do not compare it to a hotel; kindly cooperate with the limitations.
  • The storage capacity of the water is limited so keep the taps closed after use.
  • Kindly remember to turn off the fans and lights when they are not in use. In case of failure of electricity and water supply or AC, please inform the crew member immediately.
  • Please do not drop sanitary napkins, plastics, and other insoluble things in the closet that clog up the closet and the bio-tank; rather drop them into the trash bin provided.
  • Air conditioning will be facilitated during bedtime only (9.00 pm to 6.00 am for the deluxe category)
  • Only a fixed menu consisting of Kerala, and some north cuisines will be served on the boat.
  • Soft drinks and other beverages will be charged extra.
  • For the overnight guest lunch break will be 1.30hrs
  • Breakfast will be served between 7.30 am to 8.15 am
  • The houseboat will be halted at 5.00 pm for the night stay.
  • There is no cruising in the late-night hours.
  • To maintain the privacy guidelines of the backwater, the guest is requested to retire for the night by 10.00 pm.
  • Do not take care of the personal belongings and baggage before you alight from the houseboat after the cruise.
  • Baggage and destruction of any property of the houseboat would solely be the responsibility of the guest who will be charged for the same.
  • Please cooperate with the crew members, so they can serve you better
 
  • Upfront payment for confirmation is locked in, but don't worry! You can use it for a future trip instead of losing it completely. Just let them know at least 7 days ahead by email.
  •  Need to cancel? Shoot them an email.
  • Changing your dates? Give them a heads up 7 days before your original check-in, but keep in mind it depends on what's available and the price might change.
  • If they cancel due to bad weather, strikes, or things out of their control, you can reschedule or get a full refund. But they won't cover any extra costs you have to pay because of the change.
  • Weekends, holidays, and busy times are off-limits for rescheduling.
  • The new date for your trip has to be at least a week after your original booking.
  • You can reschedule anytime between 7 days and a year after your original booking date.
  • Ultimately, it's up to the houseboat crew to decide if they can fit you in on your new date.
  • Once you reschedule, that's it - no more changes allowed.
  • Keep in mind, you can't switch the type of boat, number of people, or bedrooms on your rescheduled trip.
